Truck Dreamer warrants that our products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle they were installed in. That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads, or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money.

We are reasonable people and we believe in true customer satisfaction. We will work with you for a fair resolution to any issue you may have. Fair is defined as being fair to both you the customer and to Truck Dreamer. We do not charge extra for our products to our vast majority of customers so we can accommodate ridiculous warranty claims by the few. Our decision is final and will consist of either replacement of your product at no charge or charging you a prorated amount for a replacement, meaning we may extend a discount to you to purchase an exact replacement. Our goal is to keep our customers happy for a lifetime and always reach a fair resolution to any issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.

1. Scope of Application

- This policy only applies to products purchased from this official website. Products from offline dealers or other channels are not covered by this policy.
- It is limited to product malfunctions or damages caused by manufacturing or material defects.

2. Replacement Conditions
- Replacement Period: Lifetime free replacement, but each order is entitled to only one replacement. After the replacement, the warranty for that order will be terminated.
- The product must not have been damaged due to human factors, misuse, accidents, negligence, or any other non-manufacturing causes.
- The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt).
3. Exclusions
- The product is damaged due to improper use, modification, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow the product instructions.
- Natural wear and tear or consumable parts of the product, such as batteries, bulbs, etc.
- Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.

 4. Replacement Process
- Customers should contact our company's customer service center as soon as an issue is discovered.
- Customers need to send the defective product pictures along with the proof of purchase to our customer service. For special products, they should be sent to the designated after-sales service center or mailed to our company.
- Our company will provide a free replacement for orders that meet the criteria; special products will be inspected, and if the issue is confirmed, a free replacement will be provided.

5. Additional Information
- In the event that the same product is out of stock or discontinued, our company reserves the right to replace it with a product of equivalent or superior performance.
- This policy only applies to the free replacement of products and does not include any additional services, shipping fees, or other related costs.
- Our company reserves the right to interpret this policy.
